Our Team

Dr. Chris Meyer, M.D.

Chris Meyer, MD, was born in Cleveland, OH. His undergraduate study was in Biology at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. He graduated with Honors and earned his BA in 1990. Dr. Meyer enlisted with the Air Force in 1991 and completed undergraduate pilot training in 1993. He flew F-15 Eagles for almost six years before attending the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1998. After graduating from medical school in 2002, Dr. Meyer completed a Transitional Internship with the National Capital Consortium in Washington, DC. He went on to graduate from the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine and served as a Flight Surgeon for the 509th Bomb Wing, Whiteman AFB, MO from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 through 2009, he piloted A-10’s with the 303rd fighter squadron, deploying twice to Afghanistan. Dr. Meyer continued his military service as a flight surgeon with the 184th Intelligence Wing ,McConnell AFB,KS before retiring in 2017.

Prior to joining KMC, Dr. Meyer was CEO of Galichia Medical Group. While maintaining a full medical practice, he also served Galichia Heart Hospital as Chief of Utilization Review.

In addition to Dr. Meyer’s standard medical practice, he is an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) for all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class flight physicals. Chris learned to fly in Wichita and continues to fly as a private pilot with instrument and multi-engine ratings.

Dr. Meyer has two sons. His outside interests include spending time with family, travel, and college sports.

Dr. Jason Hampl, M.D.

Jason Hampl was born in Ft. Collins Colorado, but grew up in Marysville Kansas. He attended Kansas State University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management. Having also completed a pre-med curriculum, he advanced to the University of Kansas School of Medicine, graduating in 2002. Dr. Hampl completed a family medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Shadyside in 2005. He is a Board Certified Family Practice physician.

Before joining KMC, Dr. Hampl spent 3 years with Andover Family MedCenter and 3 years with Galichia Medical Group as a Family physician. Prior to that, Dr. Hampl delivered primary care for 5 years in Marysville, KS. He provided inpatient, outpatient, endoscopy and emergency services. His diverse interests in medicine include: Pediatrics, sports medicine, procedures and geriatrics. He has additional experience as a Deputy County Coroner and also works as an Emergency Room Physician in several local E.R.s. Dr. Hampl is the Medical Director for Interim Hospice Care.

Dr. Hampl is married and has three boys, Luke, Nick and Cooper. Their youngest child, Cooper, has Down syndrome.

His outside interests include family time, travel, college sports, cooking and motor sports. He is a firm believer that laughter is one of the best medicines.

Dr. Kari Clouse, M.D.

Meet Dr. Kari Clouse, a board-certified family physician. Raised on a farm in Haven, Kansas, she is a life long Kansan who is excited to be providing medical care for the Andover community. Dr Clouse received her biology degree from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas and her medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is a proud Jayhawk who enjoys cheering on her team with her husband and four sons. Dr Clouse loves caring for patients of all ages and would love to meet your family! In her spare time, Dr Clouse enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and volunteering at her church.

Katie Fee, APRN

Katie Fee, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is a Kansas native who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Kansas (KU). After graduating, she worked as a pediatric intensive care nurse at Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, MO. While working in the intensive care unit, she completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at KU to become a nurse practitioner. She and her husband relocated home to Wichita, where Katie has provided medical care to the Andover and the surrounding community since 2021.

Together, Katie and her husband, Tyler, have three girls – Kennedy, Grace, and Emma. Outside of their careers, Katie and her family enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Jayhawks, and traveling.

Miranda Vancil, APRN

Miranda is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for preventive care and building lasting relationships with her patients. Raised just east of Augusta, Kansas, Miranda discovered her calling in healthcare early on and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University. She began her nursing career in the Cardiothoracic ICU at Kansas Medical Center where she gained invaluable experience and a deep appreciation for the importance of early intervention and healthy living. This led her to complete her Master of Science in Nursing and become an FNP in 2017. With over seventeen years of experience, Miranda has provided compassionate care to individuals and families across all stages of life.

Miranda is married to her husband, Justin, and has two children, Lincoln and Olivia. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys gardening, volunteering at their children’s school events, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs, and traveling with family and friends.
